    Welcome to Profilna.rs! This platform uses AI technology to create profile pictures for our users. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our site.

    Website Usage

    Profilna.rs generates profile images ("Profile Images") based on the photos you upload ("Photos").

    Not for Minors

    Our service is intended solely for individuals aged eighteen (18) and above. By accessing or using any part of Profilna.rs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and willing to adhere to our Terms of Use. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using our service. If you learn that a minor has provided any personal information on our site, please contact us, and we will remove it.

    Profile Picture Creation

    You may only upload Photos of yourself or Photos that you have permission from the depicted individual to use. Do not upload photos of people without their consent. Do not upload photos for which you don't have the appropriate rights. Do not upload photos of celebrities. Uploading explicit content or pornography is prohibited.

    It's forbidden to use Profilna.rs for any illegal activities or actions that are contrary to good taste, morals, or ethical standards. Unauthorized use that may harm someone or infringe on their rights is prohibited.

    We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from not adhering to these rules. We reserve the right, though not obligated, to permanently block the account of any user violating these guidelines.

    Profilna.rs and its partners commit to using your Photos exclusively for generating Profile Images. Neither Photos nor Profile Images are sold to third parties.

    Profile Image Storage

    To protect your privacy, all uploaded Photos are permanently deleted 24 hours after generating Profile Images. The model trained on your Photos is also deleted after 24 hours. Your created Profile Images are available for 30 days after their creation for easy access, after which they are also deleted.

    Service Availability and Quality

    Profilna.rs endeavors to ensure the reliable operation of its services and maintain a high-quality standard. However, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the results from our services will always meet high standards. The quality of generated Profile Images may vary based on the quality of Photos you provide. Therefore, complaints regarding quality and results will not be considered.

    Communication

    By creating an account on Profilna.rs, you agree to subscribe to our marketing and promotional materials sent via email. However, you can unsubscribe from these communications by following the provided link or by sending an email to support@profilna.rs.

    Payment Methods

    Payment in our online store can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Dina cards. All payments are processed in RSD (Serbian Dinar).

    Currency Conversion Statement

    All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - Dinar (RSD). For informational price display in other currencies, the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The charge on your credit card will reflect your local currency through a conversion rate used by card organizations, which might be unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result, there might be a slight difference from the original price listed on our site.

    Refunds

    The process of creating Profile Pictures begins immediately after payment, and the costs of creating these pictures are high. Therefore, a refund is not possible. Please ensure that you provide high-quality photos so the final result is as good as possible.

    The only exception to this rule are rare cases when, due to technical issues, we are unable to start and finish the process of creating Profile Pictures for you. If your Profile Pictures are not created within a maximum of 7 days after the payment has been registered, we will approve a refund for you.

    In the case of product returns and refunds to a customer who previously paid using a credit card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Profilna.rs is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank, upon the seller's request, will carry out the refund to the cardholder's account.
